1. Check name spelling, passenger names must be exactly as per the passport. Name changes are not permitted after booking.

2. Please ensure that the departure date and time for your flight are accurate.

3. Air Tickets are 100% non refundable.

4. Refunds: If your Air ticket is eligible for a full or partial refund, the refund will be processed from the original amount paid to buy the ticket.

5. If you had paid any date change fees (Penalty, fare difference, and service fees) that will be nonrefundable.

6. Refunds usually take 3-4 weeks from the date of cancellation.

7. All service fees are non-refundable.

8. Taxes and our service fees are included in the total ticket cost.

9. Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.

10. Due to multiple merchants involved in the services, there might be multiple transactions on your credit card, please check the total.

11. Check your flight schedule 24 hours before your flight with us or on the airline website.

12. Date Changes: CAD 250 + difference of price and taxes wherever applicable.

13. Changes within 24 hours of flight timings are not permitted.

14. Please reach the airport 3-4 hours before flight departure.

15. Please ensure your eligibility to enter the destination country or transit country, the travel agent will not be responsible. Click here to check the visa requirement.

16. Indian passport holders can not take two stops in Europe while traveling to Canada from India or vice holders, Schengen visa is required.

17. Indian passport holders need a US visa if their flight is via the USA.

18. Please ensure you have travel documents, a valid passport, Visa, PR Card, and Vaccination Certificate for transit or your final destination.

19. Passengers must ensure that they comply with all travel and health requirements of the country of destination.

20. Before boarding the flight to Canada please sign up on the Arrive-Can app.

21. Before boarding the flight to India please fill Air Suvidha form.

22. Travel Insurance is highly recommended, please check with the agent.

23. All travel bookings and reservations can only be guaranteed as confirmed if payment is made in full on the same day as your booking.

24. Passport must be valid for six months from the date of travel.

30. "Living Standards and practices at the destination and the standards and conditions there with respect to the provisions of utilities, services and accommodations may differ from those found in Canada"

31. We can only request a wheelchair on your behalf to the airline and cannot guarantee it.

32. We can only request your preferred meal to the airline and cannot guarantee it.

33. We can only request Bassinet on your behalf to the airline and not guarantee it. On any given flight, there are only a limited number of bassinets available. Bassinets are often free. But, sometimes you must pay extra to secure the bulkhead.

34. Non-disparagement: You agree not to disparage or denigrate the company orally or in writing, and that neither you nor anyone acting on your behalf will publish, post, or otherwise, release any material in written or electronic format, make speeches, gain interviews, or make public statements that mention the company, its operations, clients, employees, products, or services without the prior written consent of the company. For purposes of this Section, "disparage" shall mean any negative statements, ratings, reviews, comments, or feedback, whether written or oral, about Toureto Travel & Tours Inc. This will include all written or electronic communication, whether email, text message, use of Yelp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Trust pilot, etc, or any other third-party public platform.

35. Liquidated Damages: In breach of the above section "Non-Disparagement" in any way or means, Toureto Travel & Tours Inc. has the right to claim liquidated damages.

36. The parties consent that the liquidated damages will be set at CAD $10,000 plus legal fees, interest, and costs.

37. If you are out of status in Canada, we strongly recommend booking direct flights only to your home country. Please inform your travel agent about your current status so they can guide you on the safest and most appropriate travel route.
